To improve the ADEA performance in the fields of management, planning, evaluation and "reporting" while also strengthening institutional capacity and organizational mechanisms, ADEA developed the PMMS to facilitate the implementation of its performance measurement plan (PMP) on progress towards achieving its objectives. 

This system allows authentificated users to: 

• Record activities, initiatives and strategic objectives of the ADEA;
• Collect data on the achievements of activities with relevant officials and 
• Evaluate the performance based on data collected.
